Have you heard about VCO? VCO is vigin coconut oil that can be made of three ways. They are heating, enzymatic, and mixing. Now, I will explain about enzymatic. This enzymatic process will need a fruit, because the enzym that we use is from a fruit. You can choose any fruit as long as the fruit has protease enzym. Then, you just follow this steps :)
💗Ingredients that you need💗
- A fruit ( I use papaya)
- Coconut ( Old coconut)
- Water
💗Steps💗
MAKE THE BOTTLE
- Find a big plastic bottle (transparant) and clean it
- Make a little hole at the bottom of the bottle
- Put hose in the hole
DAY 1
- Make grated coconut of 2 coconuts
- Put the grated coconut into bowl and add 1400 ml water
- Wring out all of the milk
- Pour it into big bottle and wait for 5 hours
AFTER 5 HOURS
- The milk will be separated of 3 layers
- Take the first layer (cream) only! by drain the 2 other layers through the hose
- Pour the cream into another transparant bottle and add 30% papaya extract of the cream.
- Wait for 24 hours
AFTER 24 HOURS
- The cream and papaya extract will be separated of 3 layers (again)
- Take the oil (it can be at the first or second layer). It usually looks like oil (transparant) but the color is like papaya
- I take it with drop pipette
- And the last step is filter the oil with filter paper 👍
Maybe this steps are so complicated because of my bad english 👀 but really, you will enjoy to make this VCO. Don't worry if you don't like papaya, you can change it with pineapple or cucumber. What's the benefit of VCO? SO MANY BENEFITS THAT YOU WILL GET! JUST GOOGLING HAHA
